Ongoing Commission - 15% of Workshop Revenue

Option 2: Small Start-Up (Earn-Out)

£150 (Paid Up Front)

Intitial Kit Fee - £100 (Single Workshop Kit)

Starting Activities - Clay Boob Pots

Ongoing Commission - 25% of Workshop Revenue

The remaining £600 licence fee is paid back through the enhanced commission rate.

Commission Reduction - Once the full £750 licence fee is paid, your commission rate permanently drops to the lower 15% rate as a loyalty reward.

1. Hen Do Heaven Leads (The Easy Option)

These are warm leads that we have generated for you through our centralised marketing efforts.

• Booking Source: Leads provided directly by Hen Do Heaven.

• Kit Requirement: Must be purchased from Hen Do Heaven (our Brand Standard ensures quality!).

• Commission Rate:

  • Option 1: 15% Commission Rate

  • Option 2: 25% Commission Rate

We handle the central marketing, you deliver the brilliant experience.

2. Licensee's Own Leads (The Maximum Profit Option)

These are customers you have found yourself - from local marketing, social media, or referrals. We want you to keep the maximum profit from these direct connections.

• Booking Source: Leads generated by you, the Licensee (e.g., local networking, your own social media, referrals).

• Kit Requirement: Must be purchased from Hen Do Heaven (consistency protects our brand and ensures your workshop quality).

• Commission Rate: 0% Commission. You keep 100% of the workshop revenue (minus the kit cost).
