Craft Party Booking Policy

Payments

• A non‑returnable booking fee equal to the cost of one place is required to secure your event date.

• The remaining balance is due 30 days before your party.

• Payment is made via bank transfer or via the website.

• If the balance is not paid within 7 days of the invoice date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain all monies paid up to that point.

Cancellations

• You may cancel your activity up to 14 days before your party date.

  • A refund will be issued minus the booking fee.

• After this time, refunds are not available because materials and supplies will have already been ordered and final numbers confirmed.

Changes to Group Size

• If numbers reduce, the minimum payment of 10 places still applies, even if fewer than 10 people attend.

• If additional guests wish to join on the day, they may do so up to a maximum of 3 extra people, provided they pay the workshop cost via the website before starting the activity.

• If guests drop out on the day or arrive very late due to illness, delays, or traffic, no refunds can be given, as materials are pre‑ordered based on the confirmed numbers 30 days before the event.

• Please do not ask workshop tutors for refunds on the day - they are not authorised to issue them.

Our Right to Cancel

In the unlikely event that we are unable to attend your event, we reserve the right to cancel the workshop.
If this happens:

• We will notify you as soon as possible using the email address provided at booking.

• You will receive a full refund, including the booking fee.

• We cannot accept liability for any travel or accommodation costs you may have incurred.

Workshop Venues

• Most workshops require stable tables and chairs for all participants.

• The Workshop Edit is not responsible for any damage to the venue, its contents, or your clothing caused by misuse (accidental or otherwise) of materials, tools, or equipment.

• No refunds or compensation will be applicable in such circumstances.
